Deposits & Cancellation policies
Because we offer a variety of services, we have different deposit requirements and policies for cancellation depending on the package you are requesting.
Multiple day charter fishing and lodging
When making a reservation for a multiple day charter fishing package, we require a deposit equaling 15% of your booking total. If cancelled, this deposit will be refunded ONLY if we are able to fill your reserved spot with another booking. You will also be given the option to use the deposit for booking at an alternate date.
Single Day Charters and tours
When making a reservation for a single day charter or tour, we require a deposit equaling 15% of your booking total. If cancelled 48 hours or more in advance, a 50% refund of your deposit will be provided. If cancelled 48 hours or less in advance, no refund will be provided. A full refund will be provided if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
Lodging
When making a reservation for single or multiple night stays, we require a deposit equaling 10% of your booking total in addition to the $50 refundable damage deposit. If cancelled 48 hours or more in advance, a full refund will be provided. If cancelled 24-48 hours in advance, a 5% service fee will be assessed and the remaining 5% will be refunded. If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be provided.
